At Silva Wellness, we believe that personal growth should be both safe and deeply meaningful.
Our group lozenge support is more than a service — it’s a guided journey of reflection and transformation, designed to help you cultivate emotional resilience, release what no longer serves you, and step into a more grounded, empowered version of yourself.

A group container is a guided, time-bound therapeutic journey where a small number of participants move through a structured programme together.

It blends preparation, therapeutic practices,  ketamine-lozenge supported sessions (where clinically appropriate and independently prescribed), and integration within a safe, consistent group. 

Rather than open-ended therapy, a container has: 

• A clear start and end date 
• A defined weekly structure 
• Shared goals and shared momentum 
• A therapeutic arc that holds you throughout 

It is designed to help you reset, regulate, and rebuild with others who are on the same path. Across many shamanic and Indigenous traditions, healing has always taken place in groups rather than in isolation. Communities would gather in circles to share burdens, witness each other’s stories, and take part in collective rituals guided by a healer or facilitator. 

The group itself was understood as a medicine, a space where personal transformation was strengthened by shared intention, mutual support, and the presence of others. While Silva’s work is modern and clinically grounded, this principle remains the same: healing is often deeper, safer, and more sustainable when held within community. 

Groups often form strong bonds that last long after the container has officially ended – providing you with a trusted circle of peers to share with.
