We understand—deeply. Our founder, Lucy da Silva, lived through years of pain no child should endure: abuse, neglect, addiction, homelessness at 16. With nowhere to turn, no therapy she could afford or access, she faced her darkest moments alone.

That experience became her mission. Today, Silva Wellness is here to ensure you don’t have to go through it alone.

We’re launching a unique, affordable therapy model - the first of its kind in the UK and Europe. You’ll work with supervised student and developing therapists trained not only in psychotherapy, but in a holistic, whole-person approach to healing.

Our therapists are immersed in modalities like:

• Trauma-informed talk therapy
• Reiki and energy work
• Somatic healing, breathwork, nervous system regulation
• Psychoeducation and integrative tools
• And even, where appropriate, psychedelic-assisted therapy (e.g., ketamine lozenges under clinical guidance)
