Breathwork Therapy

Silva Breathwork is a systematic healing modality founded by Alex da Silva that focuses on relaxing, connecting, and healing. Relaxing the mind and body allows the breath to connect with the body freely and connect with the heart. Once connection is made the body begins to breath itself allowing the healing process to unfold. When we slow down, we feel safe, protected, and begin to open up gently so the magic can really happen. Silva Breathwork is about full connection with mind, body and spirit. 

Because the breath is our very own medicine cabinet. By using the breath correctly we stimulate natural healing in the body and allow ourselves to release energy that no longer serves us and may be causing us pain and suffering.
