At our calming wellness sanctuary in Farringdon, we offer inclusive yoga classes and personalised yoga therapy sessions, held by compassionate, experienced instructors who honour your unique journey.
We believe movement is medicine - each posture, each breath, a doorway to deeper connection and release. Our approach blends ancient practice with modern understanding, meeting you where you are, whether you're a beginner or returning home to the mat.
As a holistic wellbeing company, we guide you to rediscover the healing power within. You are your own rhythm. Your own refuge. Your own remedy.
Unlike a general class, yoga therapy is delivered 1:1 and tailored to your individual physical, emotional or mental health needs. Whether you’re working through anxiety, injury, trauma, or chronic stress, yoga therapy offers a gentle, guided space to reconnect with your body and restore inner balance.
Through movement, breathwork, and mindfulness, this practice helps regulate the nervous system, release stored tension, and build resilience from within.
At Silva Wellness, we view Yoga Therapy as more than a treatment—it’s a sacred dialogue between the body and soul, designed to support your unique journey of healing and self-discovery.
With over a decade of experience, Swas specialises in Hatha, Vinyasa, and Yin yoga, holding both Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Yoga Education and Therapy. Swas' Bachelor's degree included an in-depth study of Ayurveda, giving her a strong foundation in its principles, which seamlessly integrate into her holistic approach.
"My approach integrates alignment principles, helping practitioners avoid injuries while mastering "bandhas" and "drishti." Swas also has profound expertise in meridian lines and marma points, passed down through the wisdom of traditional blind masters from Chasing Mai.
My work reflects the synergy of ancient wisdom and modern science, offering a truly integrative and transformational healing experience.

A yoga class is typically a group session focused on movement, breathwork and flow – suitable for all levels and designed to support physical health, flexibility and mindfulness.
Yoga therapy, on the other hand, is a more personalised 1:1 experience tailored to your specific emotional, physical or mental health needs. It can support challenges such as anxiety, chronic pain, trauma recovery or stress, combining movement with therapeutic intention.
Absolutely. At Silva Wellness, we believe yoga is for every body – regardless of age, flexibility or experience. Our instructors will guide you through postures with care and adapt practices to suit your abilities. You’ll never be expected to push beyond your comfort zone, only to tune in and work with your body gently and mindfully.
Yoga therapy has been shown to reduce symptoms of anxiety, depression, PTSD and chronic stress. By combining breath, movement and mindfulness, it helps regulate the nervous system, build emotional resilience and reconnect you with your inner calm. Many clients find that yoga therapy offers a powerful complement to psychotherapy or other healing work.
This really depends on your personal goals and wellbeing journey. Many of our clients find weekly group classes provide a consistent rhythm for body and mind. Others benefit from fortnightly or monthly yoga therapy sessions, tailored to specific challenges. During your first visit, we can help you build a practice that suits your schedule and needs.
We recommend wearing comfortable, breathable clothing that allows you to move freely. Mats and props are provided, but you’re welcome to bring your own if you prefer. We also encourage arriving a few minutes early to settle in, and to bring water to stay hydrated. Most importantly, come with an open heart – we’ll take care of the rest.
