With over a decade of experience, Swas specialises in Hatha, Vinyasa, and Yin yoga, holding both Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Yoga Education and Therapy. Swas' Bachelor's degree included an in-depth study of Ayurveda, giving her a strong foundation in its principles, which seamlessly integrate into her holistic approach.
"My approach integrates alignment principles, helping practitioners avoid injuries while mastering "bandhas" and "drishti." Swas also has profound expertise in meridian lines and marma points, passed down through the wisdom of traditional blind masters from Chiang Mai.
My work reflects the synergy of ancient wisdom and modern science, offering a truly integrative and transformational healing experience.
As a yoga instructor, Jackie strives to help beginner yogis feel comfortable in their practice, learn essential postures, and ensure a safe practice for everyone.
